  • Power On/Off: Press the joystick button once to turn on the monitor. Press and hold to turn off.
  • Volume Control: Move the joystick button left/right to adjust volume.
  • Basic Settings: Navigate menus using the joystick to adjust Brightness, Contrast, Volume, Input, Aspect Ratio, Picture Mode, and other settings.
  • Connections: Connect PCs via HDMI and AV devices via HDMI. Use headphones for audio output.
  • Safety Precautions: Avoid pressing the screen, use grounded power, and do not move the monitor by the screen.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Issue Solution
No image appears Check power cord connection. If "Out of Range" message appears, configure display settings. If "NO SIGNAL" message appears, check cable connection.
Can't control some functions in OSD Unlock OSD controls by accessing the OSD lock menu and setting to "Off".
Display image is incorrect Ensure signal cable is properly connected. Set color setting to 24 bits (true color). Check if screen is set to interlace mode and change to recommended resolution.
"Unrecognized monitor, Plug&Play (VESA DDC) monitor found" message Install the display driver from the LG website and ensure the video card supports Plug&Play.
Screen is flickering If using HDMI 1080i 60/50 Hz, change resolution to 1080P.
