Selecting Cookware

• Use pots and pans with thick, flat bases.

• Lift cookware to avoid scratching the ceramic surface.
• Do not slide cookware; this can cause scratches and alter the cooktop's appearance.
• Clean cookware bottoms and the cooking surface before use.
• Avoid boiling dry, as it can cause permanent damage.
• Match pan size to the cooking zone size.
