Warranty Information

Warranty information is not explicitly stated in terms of a period in months within the provided pages.

  • Electric Ignition: Select a top burner knob, push down, and turn counterclockwise to the LITE position to hear a clicking sound indicating spark module operation. Burners should ignite within 4 seconds after air is purged from supply lines.
  • Flame Quality Check: Visually confirm combustion quality. Yellow flames indicate a need for service. Soft blue flames are normal for natural gas, and yellow tips on outer cones are normal for LP gas.
  • Low Flame (Simmer) Setting Adjustment: Light all burners, turn the knob to LO (LOW), remove the knob. For dual burner knob rings, remove the plastic cover. Insert a small flat-blade screwdriver into the valve stem (single valve) or the hole to the left of the valve stem (dual valve) and turn the adjustment screw until the desired flame height is reached. Test flame stability by quickly turning the knob from HI to LOW and by opening/closing the oven or cabinet door. Repeat for each burner.
  • Checking Ignition: After all hookups are checked for leaks, check the operation of all cooktop burners.
