- Surface Cooking Units: Control operation of individual elements, including single and dual surface units, and warming zones. Adjust power levels and check for hot surfaces.
- Oven Operation: Use controls for Bake, Broil, Convection Bake, and Convection Roast modes. Preheating is recommended for most modes. Oven light can be turned on/off manually.
- Timer & Clock: Set the clock time, use the timer for countdowns, and set cook times for automatic shut-off.
- Special Functions: Access options like convection auto conversion, thermostat adjustment, language selection, preheating alarm, beeper volume, and temperature unit settings. Other functions include Favorites, Cook & Warm, Oven Lockout, Proof, and Self-Clean.
- Warming Drawer: Operate the warming drawer to keep food warm, with adjustable heat settings and an automatic shut-off feature.
Troubleshooting and error codes

• Apply a small amount of vegetable oil to a paper towel and wipe the edges of the oven racks with the paper towel. Do not spray with pam or other lubricant sprays. • Notify customer Assurance department. |
