Powering On/Off: Press the joystick button once to turn the monitor on. Press and hold the joystick button to turn it off.

Volume Control: Move the joystick button left/right to adjust the volume.

Basic Setup: Assemble the stand by attaching the stand body to the stand base and then mounting it to the monitor. Connect the power cord and necessary cables to your PC or AV devices.

Customizing Settings: Use the joystick button to navigate the On-Screen Display (OSD) menu. Adjust settings like Brightness, Contrast, Volume, Picture Mode, and General settings to optimize your viewing experience.

Troubleshooting: Before calling for service, check basic connections and power. Refer to the troubleshooting section for common issues like "No image appears," "OUT OF RANGE" message, "NO SIGNAL" message, and display image problems.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Issue Possible Cause Solution
No image appears Is the power cord of the display connected?
  • Check and see if the power cord is connected properly to the power outlet.
Is the power indicator light on?
  • Press the Power button.
  • If the display is in power saving mode, try moving the mouse or pressing any key on the keyboard to bring up the screen.
  • Try to turn on the PC.
Is the power indicator flickering?
Do you see an "OUT OF RANGE" message on the screen?
  • This message appears when the signal from the PC (video card) is out of horizontal or vertical frequency range of the display. See the 'Specifications' section of this manual and configure your display again.
Do you see a "NO SIGNAL" message on the screen?
  • When the monitor is on "No-Signal" in 5 minutes, the monitor goes to DPM mode.
Can 't you control some functions in OSD? Can't you select some menu in OSD?
  • You can unlock the OSD controls at any time by entering the OSD lock menu and changing items to off.
Display image is incorrect Display Position is incorrect.
  • Enter the Auto Configuration function and select the "Yes" item to automatically adjust your display image to the ideal setting.
On the screen background, vertical bars or stripes are visible.

  • Check Control Panel Display Settings and adjust the display to the recommended resolution or adjust the display image to the ideal setting. Set the color setting higher than 24 bits (true color).
