Powering On/Off:
  • Monitor: Press the joystick button once to turn on. Press and hold for more than 5 seconds to turn off.
  • PC: Access the PC power menu under [General] on OSD and select 'On' to turn on.
Basic Functions:
  • Volume Control: Move the joystick left/right.
  • Main Menu: Press the joystick button to enable. Move joystick to navigate. Press again to exit.
Connecting Devices:
  • PC: Connect via HDMI or USB-C. Supports Plug and Play.
  • AV Devices: Connect via HDMI.
  • Peripherals: Connect keyboards, mice, or other USB devices to the USB ports. Headphones can be connected via the headphone port.
Settings:
  • Access the OSD menu via the joystick button. Navigate through [Quick Settings], [Input], [Picture], and [General] to adjust various display and system settings.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Symptom Possible Cause & Solution
Nothing is displayed on the screen.
  • Check if the monitor's power cord is plugged in and the power LED is on.
  • Check the power cable connection and press the power button.
  • Ensure the connected input is enabled ([Settings] → [Input]).
  • If [No Signal] is displayed, check the signal cable between the PC and monitor.
  • If [Out of Range] is displayed, set the appropriate frequency for your PC's graphics card.
  • For Mac products with USB-C, ensure compatibility and contact the manufacturer if issues persist.
Screen display is unstable and shaky. / Images displayed on the monitor leave shadow trails.
  • Select the appropriate resolution. A resolution of HDMI 1080i 60/50 Hz may cause flickering; try 1080p or the recommended resolution.
  • Ensure your graphics card is set to the recommended resolution. Contact the manufacturer if issues persist.
  • To prevent image sticking from prolonged static images, use a screensaver.
Are there spots on the screen? Pixilated spots (red, green, blue, white, or black) may appear on an LCD screen; this is normal and not an error.
Some features are disabled. The OSD might be locked. Disable [OSD Lock] in [General].
"Unrecognized monitor, Plug and Play (VESA DDC) monitor found" message?
  • Ensure the display driver is installed.
  • Check if the graphics card supports Plug and Play.
No sound from the headphone port.
  • Ensure headphone port connections are proper.
  • Try increasing the volume with the joystick.
  • Set the PC's audio output to the monitor.
You cannot turn on the power (PC).
  • Check if the power cord is connected.
  • Try disconnecting and reconnecting the power cord.
  • Check PC power status in the OSD's [General] menu and ensure it is active.
System freezes during use or does not terminate properly.
  • Perform a force shutdown via [PC Force Shutdown] in OSD. Wait for the system to power off, then turn it on via [PC power] in [General]. Be cautious as unsaved data may be lost.
