Warranty Information

- Power: Press the POWER button to turn the TV on from standby mode.
- Menu Navigation: Press MENU to access the on-screen menu. Use ADJ Up/Down arrows to navigate and OK to select.
- Channel Selection: Use CH Up/Down buttons to cycle through channels. Use NUMBER BUTTONS for direct channel entry.
- Volume Control: Use VOL Up/Down buttons to adjust sound level.
- Input Source: Use the TV/AV button to select the input source.
- Auto Program: Use Auto Program (Channel Search) to automatically find and store all available channels.
- External Connections: Connect devices like antennas, cable boxes, DVD players, and PCs using the appropriate jacks (HDMI, Antenna/Cable, Audio/Video).
Troubleshooting and error codes

| TV not functions properly | Software lockup: Remove power cord for 5 minuts. |
| Software Corrupted | Start all over with item 117, set to 001, press Enter then redo Auto Program, Channel List, Clock, etc. *Note: 2-5-4 + MENU can be done more than once. |
| Virtual and Physical channels appear in channel scan w/Channel Up/Down | After Auto Program and Channel List, etc. press 2-5-5 + MENU to transfer channels and TV setup to internal TV controller. Afterward, only Physical or only Virtual channels will appear in digital channel scan, analog channel scan will be normal. *Note: Be sure to set item 028 Ch Overide to 000. |
| Channel not included in channel scan in TV controller | After 2-5-5 + MENU, only channels included in TV controller will appear. If channel is available, redo channel scan. If it is not available it will not appear on the TV screen. |

| No picture | Display panel is turned off: Turn TV on. Power failure?: Check power. Antenna/Cable not connected: Connect Antenna/Cable signal source to 20LH1DC1. Connections incorrect: Check connections on 20LH1DC1. M.P.I. not connected: If applicable, connect M.P.I. cable to M.P.I. device. Encrypted program: Try another channel. Wrong tuning band: Adjust Installer menu settings. |
| Erratic Operation | Wrong Installer menu settings: Adjust Installer menu settings as required. Software problem: Remove TV power cord for 15 seconds. |
| Remote doesn't work | Remote not in TV mode: Use Mode key to select TV; puts remote into 20LH1DC1 mode. Not aimed at IR remote sensor: Point remote at TV's IR receiver on TV. Remote too far from IR sensor: Move remote closer to TV's IR receiver or darken room. IR path to TV's receiver obstructed: Remove obstructions. Weak batteries: Replace batteries. Wrong battery polarity: Check that '+' and '-' match in battery compartment. Too much light in room: Dim room light. Wrong Installer remote control: Requires compatible Installer remote, contact your LG dealer. Incorrect Bed 1-2 setting: Set correct Bed 1-2 setting. |
