Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Media Hub does not power on. The power adapter is not connected properly. Ensure the power adapter is securely connected to the Media Hub and a working power outlet.
Cannot access the Media Hub from a computer. Network cable is not connected. Ensure the Ethernet cable is securely connected to the Media Hub and your router/switch.
LED lights are flashing red. System error. Refer to Appendix A: Troubleshooting, page 44.
Cannot install a second hard disk. Incorrect alignment or securing of the hard disk. Ensure screw holes align, use provided screws, and ensure the disk is seated properly. Refer to Chapter 1 for detailed instructions.
