LIGHTSPEED CONNECTION
1. Insert the receiver into the USB port of your device.
2. Press the Power button for minimum 1.5 sec. The LED turns cyan once connected.
BLUETOOTH CONNECTION
1. Press 3 seconds or longer of the Power and Mute button. The LED will flash blue as it enters pairing mode.
2. Connect to your preferred device.
POWER ON AND OFF
Power ON: Press the Power button for 1.5 seconds when the headset is OFF.
Power OFF: Press the Power button for 3 seconds when the headset is ON.
MUTE / UNMUTE microphone
Short press on the Mute button.
Troubleshooting and error codes
| Issue | Possible Solution |

| No sound | Ensure the headset is powered on and connected. Check volume levels on both the headset and your device. Verify the correct audio output is selected on your device. |
| Poor connection | For LIGHTSPEED, ensure the receiver is within range and not obstructed. For Bluetooth, ensure your device is within range and there are no interfering devices. Try re-pairing the headset. |
| Microphone not working | Check if the microphone is muted. Ensure the headset is properly connected. Test the microphone on another application or device. |
| Battery not charging | Ensure the charging cable is properly connected to the headset and a power source. Try a different USB port or power adapter. |
