Warranty Information
Magellan provides a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects for 24 months.
Getting Started: Insert a microSD card (Class 10, up to 32GB) and format it. Mount the dashcam using the suction cup mount, ensuring it doesn't obstruct the driver's view. Connect the power adapter to the car charger. The device will automatically start recording when powered on.
Recording Modes:
Playback: Switch to playback mode using the Power key. Use the navigation keys to select files and the OK button to play/pause.
File Management: Files can be protected from deletion or deleted.
Settings: Access menus to adjust resolution, sound recording, time stamps, G-sensor sensitivity, language, and more.
Recording Modes:
- Continuous Recording: Automatically records in 130MB clips. Stops and saves when the engine is turned off. Can be manually started/stopped.
- Event Recording: Automatically activated by the G-sensor during events like sudden braking or impacts. Event recordings are protected.
- Capture Mode: Allows taking still photos.
