Warranty Information
Magellan warrants this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of original purchase.
Turning On/Off: Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds. If it fails, use a paperclip to press the shutdown button.
Date & Time: Access Settings via the Menu button, then System > Date/Time. Choose GPS time or Manual adjustment using the +/- buttons.
Recording Modes:
- Continuous Recording: Starts automatically. Press the Menu button to stop manually. Press the Record button to return to the recording screen.
- Event Recording: Triggered by G-sensor or manually by pressing the Event button ( ! ).
- Camera Mode: Press the camera icon to take photos while recording.
Playback: Access File Playback from the Menu. Select Video, Event, or Photo. Use the arrow keys to navigate files and press the checkmark to play. During playback, use arrow keys to switch files, and the Menu button for options like Play/Pause or Delete.

Troubleshooting and error codes

| GPS signal not received | Ensure the device is powered on and has a clear view of the sky. Avoid obstructing materials or reflective coatings on the windshield. |
| Device not turning on | Check if the device is properly connected to the power source and the car charger is working. Ensure the battery is charged. |
| Recording quality is poor | Clean the camera lens. Ensure the windshield is not tinted with a reflective coating. Avoid placing reflective materials near the lens. |
| Device overheating | Ensure adequate ventilation. Do not leave the device in direct sunlight or extreme temperatures. |
| Cannot format memory card | Ensure the device is turned off before removing the memory card. Use a compatible Class 10 memory card (8-128GB). |
