Installing or removing the bit: Ensure the tool is switched off and unplugged. Insert the bit fully into the collet cone. Press the shaft lock to keep the shaft stationary and tighten the collet nut securely with the provided wrench. To remove, reverse the procedure.
Starting and stopping: Move the switch lever to "I" (ON) to start and "O" (OFF) to stop. The switch can be locked ON for extended use, but exercise caution. Ensure the shaft lock is released before turning the tool on.
Operation: Set the tool base on the workpiece without the bit touching. Turn the tool on and wait for full speed. Move the tool forward smoothly, keeping the base flush. For edge cutting, the workpiece should be on the left of the bit's feed direction. Move the tool forward at a rate that ensures a quality cut without burning the material.
