  1. Remove top of shipping carton and verify contents.
  2. Cut zip-tie from electrical power supply and remove mattress retainer.
  3. Carefully lift and separate head and foot sections of the base.
  4. Slide head and foot sections together, aligning mounting holes.
  5. Place T-Spacers and Center Support Brackets at mounting points and secure with carriage bolts and nuts.
  6. Route FOOT MOTOR CABLE and connect to HEAD MOTOR CABLE. (For 600 model, also connect FOOT MASSAGE MOTOR CABLE to control box)
  7. Screw legs into threaded inserts at corners and center support brackets, adjust height as needed.
  8. Rotate base onto its legs.
  9. Install batteries in remote control and plug in power cord.
  10. Lower base to flat position and install mattress retainer.
  11. Place mattress on base.
