Basic Operation of the Med-Fit 3 Plus
Turning On/Off and Intensity Adjustment: Open the front cover to access controls. Turn the intensity controls clockwise to increase power and counterclockwise to decrease or turn off. The LCD indicates power on for CH1 or CH2.
Mode Selection: Press the "Mode" button to cycle through TENS and EMS modes. TENS modes include B, N, M, SD1, SD2. EMS modes include S, A.
Setting Adjustments (TENS/EMS): Use the "Set" button to enter a setting menu. Use the "Increment" (△) and "Decrement" (▽) buttons to adjust values like Pulse Width, Pulse Rate, Timer, Ramp Time, On Time, and Off Time. Always press "Set" to confirm and move to the next setting.
Timer: The unit features a timer adjustable from 1 to 60 minutes or Continuous (C). The timer counts down automatically.
Low Battery Indicator: A low battery symbol on the LCD indicates the need for battery replacement.
