The Megger MPCC230 is a compact socket tester and circuit checker designed to test socket wiring polarity, earth loop impedance, and protective RCDs. It also measures mains voltage, frequency, and total harmonic distortion. Key operations include plugging the instrument into the socket, using the FUNC button to select the desired test (e.g., Volt, RCD, Loop, Harmonics), and using F1/F2 buttons for sub-function selection. A red TEST button initiates measurements. Results are displayed on a TFT screen and can be stored in memory for reporting via a mobile app.
