Turn the control knob clockwise to the desired power level to turn the combiset on. Turn the control knob counterclockwise to "0" to turn it off.

Residual heat indicator

The residual heat indicator lights up when the combiset is on and goes out when it has cooled to a safe temperature. Do not touch the burner or place heat-sensitive items on it while the indicator is lit.

Settings

A table provides recommended power levels for various cooking tasks, from melting butter to boiling large quantities of water. Settings are guidelines and may need adjustment based on pot size, quantity of food, and lid usage.

Auto-heat

This function automatically starts the burner at the highest setting and then switches to the selected continued power level. An "A" will show in the display during this phase.

Booster function

Temporarily increases power level for rapid heating, e.g., to boil water quickly. Operates with extra power for 10 minutes, then reverts to level 9. "I" or "II" will appear in the display when active.

Keep warm

Maintains a low temperature for cooked food. Automatically switches off after 2 hours. Cover the pan with a lid for best results.
