The manufacturer's warranty for this appliance is 2 years.

Switching on/off: Press the On/Off button.
Programme Selection: Use the programme selector button to choose the desired programme (Auto, Gentle, ECO, 50°C, 75°C).
Starting Programme: Press the Start/Stop button.
Delay Start: Use the delay start button to set a delayed start time.
Unloading: Open the door after the programme has finished and allow dishes to cool before unloading.
Cleaning and Care: Regularly clean the wash cabinet, door seals, filters, and spray arms.
Maintenance: Clean the water inlet filter and the drain pump/non-return valve as needed.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Possible cause and remedy
White residue is visible on cutlery and crockery, clouding occurs on glassware; film can be wiped off.

Not enough rinse aid was used. Increase the dosage.

There is no salt in the salt reservoir. Fill the salt reservoir.

The salt reservoir cap has not been screwed on correctly. Replace it, making sure that it screws back on correctly.

An unsuitable combination detergent has been used. Change your detergent. Use a standard liquid, tablet or powder detergent, and fill the salt and rinse aid reservoirs in the dishwasher.

The water softener is programmed to too low a water hardness level. Programme the water softener for harder water.

There are rust stains on cutlery.

The affected items are not corrosion resistant. There is no remedy. Purchase cutlery which is dishwasher-proof.

A programme was not run after dishwasher salt was added. Traces of salt have got into the wash cycle. Always run the Gentle 45°C   programme with the Turbo programme option selected and without any crockery in the dishwasher after adding dishwasher salt.

The salt reservoir cap has not been screwed on correctly. Replace it, making sure that it screws back on correctly.
