Before First Use

Clean the interior with warm water and mild dish soap. If transported horizontally, let the appliance stand upright for 8 hours before connecting.

Open the door and use the main switch located beneath the control panel. The appliance starts cooling and interior lights turn on. Do not place food until preset temperatures are reached. Turning off the main switch does not disconnect power supply.

Touch the "I" access button to enter settings mode. Use other sensor buttons to adjust temperature, select SuperCool, or control the ice maker. Touch "I" again to exit settings mode; settings are stored.

Temperature and Alarms

The appliance has a temperature and door alarm system. The temperature alarm activates if the freezer becomes too warm, and the door alarm if the door is left open for five minutes. Alarms can be turned off early by pressing the "alarm" sensor button.

Setting Temperature

Touch the "I" button to access temperature settings. Use the "V" and "∧" buttons to adjust the temperature. The temperature range is 7°F to -11°F (-14°C to -24°C). For freezing, 0°F (-18°C) is suggested.

Ice Cube Maker

Ensure the ice cube container is under the maker. Turn on with the ice cube maker sensor button. The first three containers of ice cubes should be discarded. Water connection is required.
