Troubleshooting and error codes

| The appliance door cannot be opened when Sabbath mode is switched on. | The Push2open door assistant is switched on at the same time as Sabbath mode. When Sabbath mode is switched on, the door assistant is deactivated. Pull the appliance door open from below or from the side. |
| The warning sounds and the message Freezer temperature too high. Max. temperature °C appears on the display. | The temperature in the refrigeration appliance has risen significantly. This could be due to, for example: - The appliance door being opened too often, or being left open - A large amount of food being frozen at once - An extended mains outage If you find the alarm disruptive, you can switch it off in advance by touching the OK sensor. The alarm will stop. Rectify the cause of the alarm. The alarm will stop and the error message will disappear from the display. The temperature display will show the highest temperature that was reached during the time in which the temperature in the freezer zone rose. Depending on the temperature displayed, you should check whether food in the freezer has started to thaw or has defrosted. If it has, it should be used as soon as possible. Defrosted food may only be re-frozen after it has been cooked. In the event of a mains outage, check whether there are any ice cubes in the ice cube container and dispose of these. Otherwise, the ice cubes will freeze together and can damage the ice cube container when they expand. |

| The ice maker is not producing any ice cubes. | The refrigeration appliance and the ice maker are not switched on. Switch the refrigeration appliance and the ice maker on. Check whether the water filter is inserted correctly. The mains water connection has not been installed. Make sure that the mains water connection has been installed correctly. The water supply is not open or has not been vented. Open the water supply. Check whether the water supply has been vented. There is a kink in the water hose. Check the water hose and replace it if necessary. The temperature in the freezer zone is too high. |
| The ice maker is only producing small ice cubes. | Select a lower temperature. Empty and clean the ice cube container if you are not going to use it for a long time. Unwrapped food is stored in the freezer zone. Ice can absorb the taste and smell of unwrapped food. Only store packaged food in the freezer zone. The water filter is dirty. Check whether the water filter needs to be cleaned. |
