The Miele H 814 Combi-Cooker and Oven offers various cooking functions. The hob controls include settings for heat regulation, with front hotplates featuring an automatic "heat-up" control. The oven provides multiple heating systems: Roof and floor heating for conventional cooking and baking, Roof heating for browning, Floor heating for base browning, Fan oven heating for even heat circulation (allowing multi-level cooking), Fan oven and Automatic roasting for initial high-temperature searing, Intensive baking for moist toppings and crisp bases, Grilling for flat cuts of meat, and Hot air grilling for thicker items.
