General Information

Repairs must be performed by trained technicians adhering to national, state, and local codes.

Cleaning and Care

Vacuums and Accessories: Clean with a damp cloth or a specialized plastic cleaner. Avoid abrasive or all-purpose cleaning solutions.
Dust Compartment: Clean with another vacuum, a dry cloth, or a brush. Regularly monitor the bag change indicator and filters, replacing them as needed.

Troubleshooting and error codes

	Seal or sealing ring not seated correctly.	Check for correct seating. Reseat elbow or replace locking tabs as necessary.
3.2 Elbow Not Seated Correctly in the Suction Opening	The hygienic slide shutter slides in front of the suction opening.	Reseat elbow or replace locking tabs as necessary. Replace the slide shutter. See Section 020-4.9.
3.3 Elbow Blocked	The hygienic slide shutter slides in front of the suction opening.	Replace the slide shutter. See Section 020-4.9.
3.4 Appliance Always Operates at Full Power	Electronic in handle is defective.	Replace the suction hose with electronic; see Section 055-4.1.
3.4 Appliance Always Operates at Full Power	Poor contact between slip ring and electronic.	Replace the suction hose with electronic; see Section 055-4.1.
3.5 Appliance Cannot Be Switched On	Electronic in handle is defective.	Replace the suction hose with electronic; see Section 055-4.1.
