Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Possible Cause Solution
The vacuum cleaner switches off automatically. A temperature limiter switches the vacuum cleaner off if it gets too hot. This can occur if:
  • large articles block the suction tube
  • the filter bag is full
  • the exhaust or dust compartment filter is heavily soiled
  • Switch the vacuum cleaner off immediately using the On/Off foot control.
  • Disconnect from the electricity supply. Switch off at the wall socket and unplug it.
  • Remove the cause.
  • Wait for approx. 20-30 minutes to allow the vacuum cleaner to cool down before switching it on again.
