Route cables carefully through the ceiling and A-pillar to avoid interfering with driving or safety features like airbags. 3. Clean the windshield with alcohol before applying the mounting pad for better adhesion. Replace tape if needed. 4. Ensure the camera lens is clear and unobstructed by any objects or reflective materials. 5. Do not operate the device while driving. 6. Place the recorder in a position that does not obstruct the driver's view. 7. Tinted windscreens may affect recording quality.
