Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Check Explanation and action to take
Cannot make ice. Is ice making stopped? Touch and check the display. ➡ Page 24
Ice making only starts after the refrigerator has fully cooled. It takes 4 to 5 hours for the refrigerator to cool, and in summer it may take 24 hours or more before ice making starts.
Is the impeller installed in the water tank pump? ➡ Page 28
Did you remove food and other items from the ice making compartment? Remove food and other objects from the ice storage box. The refrigerator concludes that the ice storage box is full of ice. Also, spread the ice out from back to front so it is level.
Doors do not close. Frost and condensation form inside.
[Refrigerator compartment] Are any food items protruding form the shelves or door pockets? Create space between foods and remove any foods that are protruding from the shelf or are in contact with the top of the case. Avoid opening the doors as much as possible for a while.
[Freezer compartment and other drawers] Has food fallen behind the case? Is the amount of stored food large and does it contact the ceiling when the door is closed?
The alarm does not stop. Are the compartment icons on the operation panel blinking? Check "When the Alarm Sounds" and "If the Alarm Does Not Stop." ➡ Page 35
