Warranty Information

One year warranty on parts and labor, five years on racks/control module, and lifetime on stainless steel tub/door liner.

  • **Loading:** Scrape off hard soils, but no pre-rinsing is required. Load dishes according to rack guidelines, ensuring items do not block spray arms.
  • **Detergent:** Use automatic dishwasher detergent (tablets, powder, liquid, or gel) in the dispenser.
  • **Rinse Agent:** Fill the rinse agent dispenser to help with drying and prevent spots.
  • **Cycle Selection:** Choose from cycles like AutoSense, Heavy, Normal, Light, Rinse, Express, or eWash based on soil level and needs.
  • **Options:** Select options such as Normal Temp, Boost Temp, Sanitize Temp, Power Dry (On/Off), Max Dry, Pre Soak, Wash Zones, Bottle Wash, and Delay Hours to customize the wash.
  • **Starting:** Close the door and press START.
  • **Interrupting/Canceling:** Open the door to pause, or press and hold START for 3 seconds to cancel.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Start status indicator light flashing The door was opened or the cycle was interrupted. Press the START button once and close the door to start the dishwasher.
Dishwasher BEEPS once every minute This is a reminder that your dishwasher door has been left open during operation. Press START and close the door.
Display shows "LEAK DETECTED" Possible leak is detected Call for service.
Beeping at the end of the cycle (on some models) This is normal. The dishwasher will beep twice at the end of the cycle. To turn off the double beep indicator, press the Heated Dry button 5 times within 3 seconds.
Dishes and flatware not clean Ultra Fine or Fine filter is clogged See the Care and cleaning section.
Dishes and flatware not clean Low inlet water temperature Ensure water temperature is at least 120°F (49°C). Turn on hot water faucet until temperature stops rising before starting. Select Boost Temp.

Stained tub interior White film on inside surface-hard water minerals Use citric acid or Lemi Shine to remove mineral deposits. Use rinse aid to help prevent.
Dishwasher won't run Fuse is blown or circuit breaker is tripped Replace fuse or reset circuit breaker. Ensure circuit is not overloaded.
Dishwasher won't run Power is turned off Make sure the power switch is on, or check if the unit is controlled by a wall switch.

Noise Normal operating sounds These are all normal. No action is required.
Rattling dishes when the spray arm rotates Make sure dishes are properly loaded. See the Loading the dishwasher section.
Rattling silverware against door during wash Tall utensils may be placed in the upper rack Avoid bumping against inner door during wash cycle.
A white film on glassware, dishware and the interior This problem is likely caused by a low quality phosphate-free Dishwasher detergent Use citric acid or Lemi Shine to remove film. Use rinse agent like Cascade® Complete Rinse Aid or Cascade® Platinum Pacs to help prevent recurrence.
