Using Your Air Conditioner

Cooling: Select the "Cool" mode. Adjust the temperature between 16°C and 32°C using the Up/Down buttons. Set the fan speed to HIGH or LOW. Adjust the vent louvers for horizontal airflow.

Heating (MZKA1000 only): Select "Heat" mode. Set desired temperature and fan speed.

Fan: Select "Fan" mode to circulate air without cooling.

Dehumidifier: Select "Dry" mode. The unit automatically sets to a low fan speed and cannot be adjusted. Ensure the drain hose is connected.

Sleep Mode: Activates in Cool or Heat modes (MZKA1000 only) via remote control. Gradually adjusts temperature and dims display for quiet operation.

Timer: Set the unit to automatically turn ON or OFF within 1-24 hours.

Auto Defrost: Activates automatically if ice forms on the evaporator.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem	Check	Solution
Unit not working	Is the unit plugged in? Is the water level indicator lit?	Plug in correctly. Empty the water tank.
Low power	Check room temperature. Check if air filters are dirty. Check for obstructions in the ventilation channel. Check if doors/windows are open. Check if the correct mode and temperature are set. Exhaust hose is disconnected.	Operating temperature is 5-35°C. Clean filters if necessary. Remove obstruction. Close doors/windows. Select correct mode and temperature. Secure the exhaust hose.
Water leak	Unit moved? Drain hose bent or cut?	Empty the water tank before transport. Straighten the drain hose.
Excessive noise	Is the unit installed correctly? Loose vibrating parts? Noise sounds like running water.	Place on a horizontal surface. Secure parts. Noise is normal refrigerant circulation.
Error Codes	E0: PCB communication error. E1: Sensor defect. E2: Temperature sensor fault. Ft: High water level warning.	Check/replace connections (qualified personnel only). Clean/replace sensor (qualified personnel only). Empty water tank.
