Your Headphones

Familiarize yourself with the buttons: Volume (+/-), Call Button (Call icon), Track Forward/Back (>>/<<), Power/Indicator Light (Power icon), Charging Port, Microphone, and Play/Pause/Mute (Play/Pause icon).

Charge It

Charge the headphones before first use by plugging the charger into the port and a wall outlet. The indicator light is red while charging and turns green when fully charged. The battery is designed to last the life of the headphones and should not be removed.

Pair & Connect

1. Turn off other Bluetooth devices. 2. Turn on Bluetooth on your phone/player. 3. Turn on headphones (hold power button until light is green). 4. Search for Bluetooth devices on your phone/player. 5. Select Motorola S305. 6. Confirm pairing. 7. Enter 0000 if prompted.

Reconnect

Once paired, headphones connect automatically when turned on with Bluetooth enabled on your devices.

Test Your Connections

Handsfree Calls: Wear headphones, dial a number, and press CALL/SEND. You'll hear ringing if connected. Play Music: Wear headphones, play music on your device. You'll hear music if connected.

Wear Your Headphones

Rotate headphones over your head and place earhooks and speakers over ears for a snug fit. The back of the headphones should float over your neck.

Turn It On & Off

Press and hold the power button until the indicator light turns green and you hear a tone. Headphones will not turn on while charging and automatically turn off after 5 minutes of inactivity.

Control Your Tunes

Use playback controls (track forward/back, rewind/fast-forward, play/pause, stop) if your music player supports AVRCP. If not, control music from your player.

Crank It Up

Press '+' and '-' to adjust volume. You'll hear tones for volume changes and double tones at max/min volume. Music player volume may also affect headphone volume.

Call Control

Use headphone buttons for calls: Volume, Call, Reject, Mute. Features may be phone/network dependent.

Receive Calls

Indicator light flashes green rapidly, hear ringtone. Music pauses/mutes. Press Call Button to answer, Track Back/Forward to reject.

On a Call

Indicator light flashes green continuously. Press Call Button to end call. Press Play/Pause to mute/unmute.

Second Call

Indicator light flashes green rapidly, hear alert. Press Call Button to answer second call (first on hold), end second call (first resumes), or resume first call. Press Track Back/Forward to reject second call.

Make a Call

Press Call Button for voice dial. Press and hold Call Button to redial last number.

Status Indicators

Refer to the table for light indications: green flash (powering on/off), green/red flashes (pairing), green flashes (standby/connected/call/music streaming), red flashing (low battery).

Tips & Tricks

Connect to Two Devices: Pair phone first, then turn off phone and headphones. Turn headphones back on (red/green flash). Search and pair music player. Turn off headphones. Turn phone back on (Bluetooth enabled). Turn headphones back on to connect to both. Connect to an iPod: Use Motorola D650 adapter. Pair headphones, turn iPod to pause mode. Connect adapter to iPod. Press Play/Pause on iPod to search for headphones. Adapter light flashes slowly, then pulses when connected. Music plays from iPod. Pairing Tips: To initiate pairing manually, press and hold Call and + buttons. To clear paired devices, press and hold Play/Pause and - buttons.

Note: The indicator light turns off after 3 minutes of inactivity. An incoming call, button press, or streaming music will turn the indicator light back on.

Note: Red flashing indicates a low battery on your headphones.
