Charging: Connect the camera to a charging dock (1-port or 14-port). A flashing green LED indicates charging, and a solid green LED indicates a full charge. Charging takes up to 8 hours.
Battery Status: Press the bottom button on the front face to check battery level via the bottom LED (Green: OK, Orange/Yellow: Low, Red: Critical).
Configuration: The VB400 must be configured and assigned using VideoManager before use. A solid green top LED indicates it is configured and assigned.
Recording: Press the front button to start recording. Press and hold the front button to stop recording. Indicators for start/stop are configurable.
Wearing: Ensure the camera remains upright when capturing footage.
Troubleshooting and error codes

| Device not charging | LED is not lit | Ensure the camera is securely docked. If the LED is not lit, the device is not charging. Consult your administrator. |
