Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Solution
Device will not turn on
- Check that the device is properly charged.
- Press and hold the Power Switch for at least 10 seconds.
No GPS signal
- Ensure you are outdoors, away from tall buildings or obstructions.
- Check that GPS is enabled in the device settings.
Bluetooth connection failed
- Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on both the device and your phone.
- Restart both devices and try pairing again.
- Check that the devices are within range.
