1. Setting up your Wi-Fi® Home Video Camera
A. Power the camera unit by connecting the power adapter and sliding the ON/OFF switch to ON. Note: Only use the supplied power adapter.
B. Download the Hubble for Motorola Monitors App from the App Store or Google Play. Scan the QR code with your smart device.
C. Open the app and follow instructions to create an account and connect to your camera. Log in to view live stream.
2. Setting up the Camera Unit for Wi-Fi® Internet Viewing
Ensure you have the Hubble for Motorola Monitors App installed. Follow in-app instructions to create an account and connect your Wi-Fi® Camera. Log in via app or website to view the live camera stream.
Minimum system requirements: Smartphones/Tablets: iOS 7, Android™ 4.2. Wi-Fi® upload bandwidth: at least 0.6 Mbps per camera.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Camera not powering on Power adapter not connected correctly Ensure the power adapter is securely plugged into the camera and the wall socket. Slide the ON/OFF switch to ON.
Cannot connect to Wi-Fi® Incorrect Wi-Fi® password entered Double-check your Wi-Fi® password and re-enter it. Ensure your Wi-Fi® network is 2.4GHz.
No video feed in the app Camera is offline Check the power connection and Wi-Fi® connection of the camera. Restart the camera and the app.
Poor video quality Weak Wi-Fi® signal or insufficient bandwidth Move the camera closer to your Wi-Fi® router or consider a Wi-Fi® extender. Ensure you have at least 0.6 Mbps upload bandwidth per camera.
