Recommended Setup: Use the MotoManage app to configure your system. Download it, open, and follow the on-screen prompts to scan the QR code on the Router and then Satellites. Alternatively, set up manually: place the Router near your modem, connect via Ethernet, power on the modem, then the Router. For Satellites, connect power, and wait for them to sync with the Router (indicated by the logo light). Connecting Devices: Use the default WiFi name and password on the unit's label.

Troubleshooting and error codes

ISSUE SOLUTION
No Internet Connection
  • Power cycle modem.
  • Check Router power adapter and ensure it's ON.
  • Verify Ethernet cable connection between Router (WAN/LAN) and modem (LAN).
  • Test with a direct Ethernet connection from computer to Router (LAN port).
  • Verify modem is powered on and connected to the Internet.
Router light blinking green
  • Ensure Ethernet cable is securely connected between Router (WAN/LAN) and modem (LAN).
  • Verify modem is powered on and connected to the Internet.
  • Try a different Ethernet cable.
Satellite light blinking blue
  • Satellite is out of range. Move Satellite closer to the Router. Pairing can take up to five minutes.
