Making Calls: Use the corded handset, speakerphone, or a wired headset. You can pre-dial numbers, dial from the directory, or use redial.
Answering Calls: Answer using the handset, speakerphone, or headset.
Call Management: Features include Hold, Mute, Flash, Transfer, Conference Calls (3-way and 4-way), and Do Not Disturb.
Intercom: Make intercom calls to other extensions.
Caller ID: View incoming call information and save numbers to the directory.
Directory & Memory: Store frequently used numbers in the directory or one-touch memory.

| REPLACE BATTERY shows in the display | The 5 AAA batteries need replacing or are improperly installed or not installed at all. |
| No dial tone | Check installation steps. Ensure power cord is connected, line cords are undamaged and connected, hook switch functions, and no power issues. Test with another phone. |
