Basic installation involves connecting the router to a modem using an Ethernet cable and then powering it up. The router supports shared Internet access for various devices. The Configuration Manager allows for advanced settings like changing wireless configurations, setting up gaming, parental controls, and monitoring performance. The router can be reset to factory defaults if needed.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Solution
Cannot connect to the Internet Check router lights (Power, WAN, Internet, 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz). Ensure power cube is plugged in and outlet is live. Switch router off and on. Verify WAN and Internet lights are on. Check modem connection and power. If WAN is on but Internet is off, the router may not be getting an IP address; try power cycling modem and router. If 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz lights are off, press the Wi-Fi button to turn wireless on.
Wireless connection slow or dropping Refer to the Wireless Performance section. Ensure proper router placement away from interference.
Don't know Wi-Fi SSID/Password Default values are on the back label. If changed, they may appear on connected devices or in the Configuration Manager. Resetting to factory defaults will restore default values.
Wireless devices interfering Place MR1900 away from interference sources. Pick a less used wireless channel.
