Troubleshooting and error codes

| Cannot connect to the Internet | Check router lights (Power, WAN, Internet, 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz). Ensure power cube is plugged in and outlet is live. Switch router off and on. Verify WAN and Internet lights are on. Check modem connection and power. If WAN is on but Internet is off, the router may not be getting an IP address; try power cycling modem and router. If 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz lights are off, press the Wi-Fi button to turn wireless on. |
