The Motorola MT7711 is a 24x8 DOCSIS 3.0 cable modem with a built-in AC1900 WiFi router and 2 telephone jacks. It provides shared Internet access to Ethernet and WiFi devices. Basic installation is covered in the Quick Start and Chapter 2. The Configuration Manager allows for technical adjustments and can be accessed via a web browser at http://192.168.0.1 using 'admin' and 'motorola' as credentials. Key features include wireless router setup, firewall settings, parental controls, and VPN support. Troubleshooting tips are provided for connectivity and phone issues. The device also supports Xfinity voice service. Battery backup is available for the Tel1 phone line only. 19
