This is a limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship for one year for the product.

Getting Started

IMPORTANT: Charge the handset for 24 hours before use.

Location: Place the base within 2 metres of power and telephone sockets, and at least 1 metre from other appliances.

Setup: Plug in the power adaptor and telephone line cord. Charge handset for at least 24 hours.

Basic Operation

Making a call: Press Ringer button, then dial number.

Answering a call: Press Ringer button.

Ending a call: Press End Call button or place handset on base.

Phonebook: Store up to 50 names and numbers. Access via Menu.

Settings: Adjust ringer volume, melody, auto answer, and more via the Menu.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Possible Solution
No dial tone
  • Use only the supplied telephone line cord.
  • Check that the telephone line cord is connected properly.
  • Check that the mains power is connected properly and switched on.
No display
  • Check that the batteries are inserted correctly and fully charged.
  • Check that the handset is switched on.
  • Reset the base by removing batteries and disconnecting mains power.
Y icon flashes
  • Handset is out of range. Move closer to the base.
  • Make sure handset is registered to the base.
  • Check mains power is connected.
  • Switch OFF the Eco mode.
Keypad does not seem to work Check that the keypad lock is not on (page 16).
Handset does not ring Handset ringer volume may be set to Off (page 19).
Base unit does not ring Base ringer volume may be set to Off (page 21).
Cannot register a handset to the base
  • Ensure you have entered the correct PIN code (default = 0000).
  • Check you are at least one metre away from other electrical equipment.
III icon is not scrolling during charge
  • Adjust handset slightly on the base.
  • Clean charging contacts.
  • Check mains power is connected.
