Getting Started

Location: Place the base near an AC power outlet and telephone jack, at least 1 meter from other electrical appliances. Ensure good signal strength.

Connecting the Base: Plug the telephone line cord into the base and wall jack. Plug the AC power adapter into the base and outlet.

Installing and Charging Handset: Insert rechargeable batteries, ensuring correct polarity. Charge for at least 16 hours. A full charge is indicated by a steady battery icon.

Basic Operation

Making Calls: Press the call key and dial the number, or use pre-dial and then press the call key. Fast call keys (M1, M2, M3) can also be used.

Answering Calls: Press the call key when the phone rings. Press again for hands-free.

Adjusting Volume: Use +/- or the scroll keys during a call.

Contacts: Store up to 150 names and numbers. Access via the Contacts menu.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem/Icon Solution
Icon not scrolling during charge Bad battery contact, clean contacts, or battery is full.
No dialing tone Check power and connections, recharge batteries, move closer to base, or use correct line cable/adaptor.
Poor audio quality Move base away from electrical appliances or walls.
Icon displayed with no bars Handset not registered, or too far from the base.
No ring tone Ringer deactivated, increase volume, or Call Block is off.
Caller ID service does not work Check subscription with network operator.
A contacts entry cannot be stored Contacts list is full, delete an entry.
No display Recharge batteries, or disconnect/reconnect power supply.
Unable to register another handset Maximum handsets reached, deregister one to add a new one.
Noise interference on radio/TV Move base or charger further away.
Answering machine does not record messages Switch on, check memory, or change Answer mode.
Cannot access messages remotely Remote access may be switched off, or wrong PIN entered.
Answering machine stops automatically Memory may be full, or message length limit reached.
