Getting Started: Charge handset for 24 hours. Connect base to power and phone line. Install batteries in handset.
Making Calls: Press the talk button, then dial. Press the end call button to hang up.
Phonebook: Store up to 50 names/numbers. Access via Menu.
Caller ID: Displays caller information if subscribed. View recent calls in the Calls list.
Settings: Adjust ringer volume, melody, ear volume, hands-free volume, language, etc., via the Menu.
Base Settings: Configure ECO mode, ECO PLUS, Auto Prefix, Dial Mode, and manage PIN codes and handset registration.
| Problem | Solution |

| No dial tone | Check line cord connection, mains power, and use supplied line cord. |
| No display | Check battery insertion and charge, handset power, reset base by disconnecting power for 15 secs. |
| Signal icon flashes | Handset out of range. Move closer to base. Ensure handset is registered. Check mains power. |
| Keypad does not work | Check if keypad is locked. |
| Charging icon not scrolling | Adjust handset on base, clean contacts, check mains power, or battery is fully charged. |
| No Caller ID | Check network subscription, caller withholding number, or phonebook entry completeness. |
| Cannot register handset | Check PIN code (default 0000), ensure handset is within range, and register one at a time up to 4. |
| Handset does not ring | Check ringer volume is not set to Off. |
| Noise interference | Place unit at least 1 metre from electrical appliances or metal obstructions. |
