Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Phone Keypad The dial pad and/or buttons are not working. Check for any physical obstruction or damage. Restart the phone. If the issue persists, contact support.
Phone Softkeys The phone softkeys are not working. Ensure you are in a menu or function where softkeys are active. Restart the phone. Contact support if the problem continues.
LCD Screen/Display The LCD is too light or dark. Adjust the LCD contrast and backlight timeout settings in the phone's menu.
Audio There is no audio to my handset. Check the handset connection. Ensure the volume is turned up. Restart the phone. Contact support if the issue persists.
Audio There is no audio to my headset. Ensure the headset is properly connected. Check headset volume settings. Restart the phone. Contact support if the issue persists.
