1. Checking Included Accessories

  • Open the box and verify all items and accessories are present.
  • Contact the place of purchase if any items are missing or damaged.
  • Confirm the model and serial number on the base unit match the warranty.

2. Connecting Included Accessories

  • Avoid touching connector terminals to prevent damage.
  • Connect the LAN cable only after Windows setup and firewall configuration.
  • Connecting power sources:
  • Attach stabilizers if the computer is stood vertically.
  • Connect keyboard to the purple keyboard port and mouse to a USB port.
  • Connecting the display:
  • Use either a digital or analog connector.
  • Connect the power cord and ground wire to an AC wall outlet.

3. Windows Setup

  • Turn on the display and press the power switch.
  • Do not turn off power during setup.
  • Follow on-screen prompts to set country, time, keyboard layout, user name, computer name, and license terms.
  • Enter a password when prompted.
  • Select settings for Windows protection and review time/date settings.
  • Click OK to shut down the computer.

4. Knowing the Parts

  • Illustrations of the front and back of the computer are provided, with numbered components.
  • A detailed explanation of each numbered component is given, including optical drive, power switch, LEDs, ports (USB, PS/2, Serial, Analog RGB, Line In, Mic, Headphone), air vent, cable stopper, slide stopper, LAN port, and chassis lock.

5. Mouse

  • A USB mouse is included.
  • The mouse sensor may not function properly on reflective, patterned, striped, or shiny surfaces.
  • Using the scroll wheel:
  • Vertical scrolling by rotating the wheel.

6. LAN Function

  • Remote power on (WoL - Wake on LAN):

Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Solution
Computer does not turn on. Check that the power cord is securely connected to the computer and the AC outlet.
Windows does not start. Perform Windows recovery. Refer to Section 13 "Recovery".
Error message is displayed during setup. Refer to "If you encounter problems during setup" on page 5.
Mouse is not moving properly. Ensure the mouse is on a suitable surface and not affected by reflective or patterned materials.
Cannot connect to the network. Check LAN cable connection and network settings. Refer to Section 6 "LAN Function".
Computer is unresponsive. Hold down the power switch for at least four seconds to perform a forced shutdown. Then restart the computer.
