Warranty Information

Refer to the place of purchase for warranty conditions and repairs.

1. Checking Included Accessories: Verify all items in the box match the packing list. Compare model and serial numbers on the unit with the warranty. Contact the place of purchase if any items are missing or damaged. 2. Connecting Included Accessories: Connect peripherals like keyboard, mouse, and display. Ensure proper connections to avoid damage. Connect the LAN cable after Windows setup is complete. 3. Windows Setup: Perform initial Windows setup, including user name and PC name. Follow on-screen instructions, do not connect external peripherals or LAN cable during setup. Do not turn off power during setup. 4. Turning on the Power: Turn on the display, then the computer. Do not turn off power during Windows setup. If problems occur, refer to "If you encounter problems during setup". 5. Mouse: A USB mouse is included. Be aware of surface limitations that may affect mouse pointer response. 6. LAN Function: Configure network settings via Control Panel. Set up computer name and network connection. Remote power on (WoL) is available, requiring specific BIOS and adapter settings. 7. Opening and Closing Covers: Instructions for removing and replacing the side cover and opening/closing the drive bay for internal device installation. Safety precautions are provided. 8. Memory: Information on installing memory modules, including compatibility, order, and slot locations. Maximum memory is 8GB. 9. Troubleshooting and error codes

If you encounter problems during setup The setup process will not be successfully completed and Windows system files or the registry may be corrupted. In this case, either perform Windows recovery or consult your place of purchase.
The computer is unresponsive or shows an error message during setup Make a note of the error message and hold down the power switch for at least four seconds to perform a forced shutdown. Please wait for at least five seconds before turning the power switch back on.
If the Windows license is not authenticated yet (Windows 8.1) If the [Activate Windows] screen is displayed, activate the Windows system via the Internet or by phone call.
If recovery could not be completed. It is possible that model information was written incorrectly. Please contact our repair facilities.
