Quick Start:
  1. Turn off computer power.
  2. Install display card if necessary.
  3. Connect captive signal cable to display card (PC) or Macintosh adapter (Mac).
  4. Connect power cord to monitor and outlet.
  5. Turn on monitor and computer.
Controls: Use OSM (On-Screen Manager) buttons to adjust various display settings like Brightness, Contrast, Size, Position, and Color. SuperBright Mode offers enhanced image quality.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Solution
No picture Ensure display card and power button are seated/ON. Check signal cable connections and pins.
Image scrolling or unstable Ensure signal cable is attached. Check pin assignments and signal timings. For Mac, verify adapter connection and compatibility.
LED not lit Ensure Power Switch is ON and power cord is connected.
Picture fuzzy or color blotchy Adjust Brightness/Contrast or use Moiré Canceler. Use Degauss Control.
Picture bounces or wavy pattern Move interfering electrical devices away from the monitor. Consult FCC information.
Edges not square Use OSM Geometry Controls. Position monitor facing east if possible.
Image not centered, too small, or too large Use OSM Size and Position Controls.
Thin lines on screen Normal for aperture grille CRT; shadows from damper wires.
Black vertical lines Minor condition from grille element overlap. Warm the area by maximizing brightness/contrast with a white window on screen. Readjust controls afterwards.
