Register your projector to activate limited parts and labor warranty and InstaCare service.
Regularly clean filters, lens, and cabinet. Replace the lamp and filters as needed according to usage hours.
Refer to the troubleshooting section for common problems and solutions related to power, image display, color, sound, remote control, and indicators.

| Does not turn on or shut down | • Check power cord and button. Ensure lamp cover is installed. Check for temperature errors. Lamp may fail to light. Set [FAN MODE] to [HIGH ALTITUDE] for high altitudes. Fans may run after lamp is turned off. Ensure timers are off. |
| Will turn off | • Ensure [OFF TIMER], [AUTO POWER OFF] or [PROGRAM TIMER] is off. Check appropriate input selection. Ensure cables are connected properly. |
| No picture | • Use menus to adjust brightness/contrast. Ensure lens cover is open. Reset settings. Enter security keyword if enabled. For HDMI/DisplayPort issues, reinstall drivers. Check HDBaseT compatibility. Connect projector before powering PC. |
| Picture suddenly becomes dark | • Check for Forced ECO mode due to high temperature. Select appropriate [WALL COLOR]. Adjust [HUE]. |
| Color tone or hue is unusual | • Check for appropriate color in [WALL COLOR]. Adjust [HUE]. |
| Image isn't square to the screen | • Reposition projector. Perform [KEYSTONE] correction. |
| Picture is blurred | • Adjust focus. Ensure distance is within lens adjustment range. Check for condensation on the lens. |
| Flicker appears on screen | • Set [FAN MODE] appropriately for altitude. Check computer resolution and frequency. Adjust computer image manually. |
| Image is scrolling vertically, horizontally or both | • Check computer resolution and frequency. Adjust computer image manually. |
| Remote control does not work | • Install new batteries. Ensure no obstacles. Stay within range. |
| Indicator is lit or blinking | • See the POWER/STATUS/LAMP Indicator. |
| Cross color in RGB mode | • Press AUTO ADJ. Adjust manually with [CLOCK]/[PHASE]. |
