Troubleshooting and error codes

BLINKING LED(S) ERROR DEFINITION SOLUTION
Select Paper empty. Load Paper.
Select and Prestige Elite Sheet feeder paper jam. Remove jam and reload paper.
Select and Quick Gothic Sheet feeder installation error. Reinstall sheet feeder.
Select and Draft Gothic Paper path error. Check paper select lever.
Select and Helvetica P.S. RS-232C buffer overflow. Press SELECT to clear buff-er and re-send data.
Select and Times P.S. Printer is unable to accept downloaded data. Press SELECT to clear error condition. Change buffer capacity to 4 KB in menu mode.
Selected Type Style blinking * Printer is in copy mode. To exit this mode, set the copy control lever to a setting between 1 and 5.
Selected Type Style blinking ** Print head over heating. Printing resumes when print head has cooled.
Select and 10 (Pitch) Printer is in short adjust mode. To exit this mode, press SELECT.
Select and 12 or15 (Pitch) Mechanical error during operation. Check for paper or print head jam and reinitialize printer.
