Getting Started

1. Activate Your Service: Assemble the Home Phone unit, connect it to power and a phone, then activate your service online at NET10HomePhone.com or by calling 1-800-299-7280. Dial *22890 to program your phone.

2. Explore Service Plans: NET10 Wireless Home Phone requires a 30-day monthly plan. Options include Unlimited Nationwide Calling and Unlimited International Calling.

Using Your Device

Making Calls: Ensure at least one Signal Strength Indicator is ON or blinking. Dial the full phone number. To end, hang up.

Receiving Calls: Answer using your handset.

Voicemail: Dial *86 to set up and access your voicemail.

Calling Features: Includes Caller ID, Call Forwarding (*72 to activate, *73 to deactivate), and 3-Way Calling (requires FLASH button).

Volume Adjustment: Dial ##1, then 1-4 to select volume, and * to save.

Battery: Features a rechargeable backup battery with approximately 2 hours talk time and 36 hours standby.

911: The device has a GPS chipset, but be prepared to provide your location to emergency services.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Issue Possible Solution
No dial tone Ensure the device is powered on and connected to a phone. Check signal strength indicators.
Cannot make calls Check signal strength. Ensure your service plan is active.
Cannot receive calls Check signal strength. Ensure your service is active.
Voicemail indicator light not blinking Check voicemail by dialing *86.
Call Forwarding not working Ensure you have deactivated Call Forwarding for your handset to ring.
3-Way Calling issues Ensure your phone has a FLASH button. Follow activation steps carefully.
