Brushing teeth

WARNING!

Initially, gums may bleed slightly due to unusual irritation, which is normal. If these symptoms persist for more than two weeks, consult your dentist.

  1. Attach the brush head 1 to the handset.
  2. Moisten the brush under running water.
  3. Apply some toothpaste to the damp brush.

NOTE

Switch the device on in your mouth to avoid splattering.

  1. Set the desired power level using the On/Off switch 3.

NOTE

This toothbrush has a 30-second interval timer so you can clean all four quadrants of your jaw evenly.

  1. Divide your jaw into four parts (quadrants): upper left, upper right, lower left, and lower right.
  2. Start in one quadrant: Place the brush head 1 on the gum and guide the brush over the tooth, starting from the gum. Do this on the inside as well as the outside of the tooth. For each tooth, place the brush on the gum again. Don't forget the back of the rear molar. To clean the chewing surfaces, brush them with light pressure.
  3. After 30 seconds, the toothbrush briefly interrupts operation to signal that you should clean the next quadrant of your jaw. Clean all quadrants with the same technique.
  4. After two minutes, the toothbrush briefly stops operation 3 times. This fulfills the dentists' recommendation of 2 minutes of teeth brushing.
  5. Press the On/Off switch 3 as needed until the toothbrush stops.
  6. Only then remove the toothbrush from your mouth.
  7. After use, thoroughly rinse the brush head 1 under running water.
  8. Remove the brush head 1 from the handset. Let water run briefly over the drive shaft 2 and handset for cleaning. Hold the handset so that the drive shaft 2 points downwards at an angle.

NOTE

Regularly massage your gums. This promotes blood circulation and thus gum health. Set the power level to "Massage" and guide the moistened brush over your gums with light pressure.
