Powering On/Off

To turn the TV on, press the Standby button on the remote or the control button on the TV. To turn off, press and hold the Standby button on the remote to access the shutdown dialog, then select OK. For quick standby, press the Standby button briefly.

Changing Channels and Volume

In Live TV mode, use the Program +/- buttons on the remote to change channels and Volume +/- buttons to adjust the volume. You can also use the navigation buttons to scroll through channels.

Selecting Input Source

Press the Source button on the remote repeatedly or use the navigation buttons and OK to switch between input sources. Alternatively, go to the 'Inputs' menu on the Home Screen and select the desired source.

Navigating the Menu

Press the Menu button on the remote to access the Live TV settings. The Home Screen button opens the main menu. Use the navigation keys to move focus, select options, and make changes.

Problem Troubleshooting Steps
TV does not turn on Ensure the power adapter is securely connected. Unplug and replug the adapter. Press the Standby/On button on the TV.
TV does not respond to remote The TV may take time to start up. Check if the remote works with a phone camera (LED flashes). Replace batteries if not. Contact service if the remote is still not working.
No channels Check if all cables are connected correctly and the correct network is selected. Ensure the correct channel list is selected. Verify the correct channel frequency if manual tuning was performed.
No image/distorted image Ensure the antenna is properly connected. Check the antenna cable for damage. Confirm the correct input source is selected. Verify image settings. Adjust antenna direction or move devices away from the TV. Change the image format if needed. Ensure PC is using supported resolution and refresh rate.
No audio/poor audio Check audio settings. Ensure all cables are correctly installed. Verify volume is not muted or zero. Ensure the TV's audio output is connected to the external audio system. Check balance settings in the Audio menu.
Input source selection failed Ensure the device is connected to the TV. Check cable connections. Select the correct input source for the connected device. Ensure the correct input source is not hidden in the Inputs menu.
