Troubleshooting and error codes

Camera does not turn on. Battery is not inserted or is depleted. Insert the battery or charge it.
Cannot connect to a smartphone or tablet. SnapBridge 360/170 app is not installed or Bluetooth is not enabled. Install the app and enable Bluetooth on your smart device. Ensure the camera is in pairing mode.
Images are blurry. Lens is dirty or not properly focused. Clean the lens. Ensure the camera is within the focus range.
Water seeps into the camera. Battery-chamber/memory card slot cover is not properly closed or sealed. Ensure the cover is firmly closed and latched. Check for foreign substances or damage to the seal.
