Warranty Information

DOCOMO is not liable for any failures or malfunctions of commercially available optional equipment. Internal battery is out of warranty due to consumable part.

About using the terminal

  • The terminal supports LTE, W-CDMA, GSM/GPRS and Wireless LAN Systems.
  • Terminal operates using radio frequencies; may not be usable in tunnels, underground, buildings, or areas with weak radio waves. Services may not be available on upper floors of high-rise apartments. Calls may disconnect unexpectedly.
  • Calls are automatically scrambled by LTE, W-CDMA, GSM/GPRS system to prevent tapping.
  • Voice is converted to digital signals; poor radio wave conditions may affect voice accuracy.
  • Supports "User" or "Guest" modes. Some services may recognize them as the same user.
  • Regularly back up data to prevent loss from malfunction, repair, or model change.
  • User-installed applications or websites may affect terminal stability or transmit location/personal information. Verify suppliers and operating conditions.
  • Terminal automatically communicates for synchronization, software updates, etc. Large data transmission incurs high packet communication charges; Packet Pack/flat-rate service recommended.
  • Packet communication charges may apply even with Wi-Fi®.
  • Low memory (microSD card or internal storage) may cause applications to not operate correctly. Delete saved data.
  • Set screen lock password for security.
  • If terminal is lost, change account passwords to invalidate authentication.
  • For third-party services/applications, confirm terms and conditions. DOCOMO is not liable for malfunctions.
  • Follow onscreen instructions for license agreements.
  • Applications and services are subject to change.
  • Supports only sp-mode, mopera U, and Business mopera Internet. Other providers not supported.
  • Check NTT DOCOMO website for usage charges.
  • Display may have some dots that are always or never lit, which are characteristics, not defects.
  • DOCOMO is not liable for failures or malfunctions of commercially available optional equipment.
