Warranty Summary
The NuWave Brio® 14Q Digital Air Fryer Oven electrical components are warranted for 1 year from the date of purchase.
On/Off Function: Press "ON/OFF" to turn the unit on/off. Adjust temperature with "Up"/"Down" arrows. Default temperature is 360F.
Time Adjustment: Press "TIME" and adjust cooking time with "Up"/"Down" arrows. Default time is 15 minutes.
Start/Pause: Press "START/PAUSE" to begin or pause cooking.
Delay Function: Use "DELAY" to postpone cooking start time.
Temp & Time Adjustment During Cooking: Press "TEMP" or "TIME" to adjust during operation.
Stage Cooking: Set up to 5 cooking stages with different temperatures and times by pressing "STAGE".
Preheat: Press "PREHEAT" to preheat the unit before cooking.
Sear Function: Use "SEAR" for searing before or after regular cooking.
Warm Function: Use "WARM" to keep food warm after cooking.
Program Function: Store and recall cooking sequences using "PROGRAM".
Probe Function: Use "PROBE" to monitor internal food temperature.
Rotisserie Function: Use "ROTISSERIE" for rotisserie cooking.

Troubleshooting and error codes

| Prb1 | Probe not connected to the unit. Plug the Brio into the appropriate power socket. |
| Prb2 | The Probe target internal temperature is set higher than set cooking temperature. |
| Prb3 | Probe short Circuit. Contact Customer Service Department at 1-877-689-2838 or [email protected]. |
| Prb4 | Probe sensor not detecting temperature increase. Ensure the Probe is inserted into the food and the food is in oven during cooking. |
| Er1 | NTC Temperature Sensor overheated. Turn unit off to cool. If the Brio is not working after it cools down, contact Customer Service. |
| Err1 | NTC Temperature Sensor short circuit. Contact Customer Service Department at 1-877-689-2838 or [email protected]. |
| Err2 | NTC Temperature Sensor is open. Contact Customer Service Department at 1-877-689-2838 or [email protected]. |
