The unit operates in cooling mode according to the remote control settings. Safety controls include Time Delay Safety Control (3 minutes restart delay after stopping), 7 minutes Time Saved Control, Starting Current Control (indoor fan starts 1.6 seconds later), Anti-Freezing Control (shuts off compressor if indoor heat exchanger temperature drops below 2°C for 4 minutes), and Compressor Reverse Rotation Protection Control (stops compressor if intake air and indoor heat exchanger temperature difference is too small).
After cooling to the set temperature, Soft Dry mode begins. The indoor fan operates at low speed with 4-second intervals. The operation cycles between ON (up to 10 minutes) and OFF (6 minutes), with a 6-minute stop after Soft Dry operation ends. Safety controls are similar to Cooling Mode, with specific waiting times adjusted for Soft Dry operation.
The unit operates in heating mode according to the remote control. Safety features include Time Delay Safety Control (4 minutes restart delay after reaching set temperature), Overload Protection Control (shuts off compressor if indoor heat exchanger reaches 65°C or more), Compressor Reverse Rotation Protection Control, 4-way Valve Control (stays in heating position for 5 minutes after OFF command), Outdoor Fan Motor Control (30 seconds forced operation after compressor stops), and Hot Start Control (indoor fan starts only after indoor heat exchanger reaches 30°C).
